Method
- In a pan, pour in the water with trahanas and bring to the boil.
- As soon as the water is absorbed, pour in the milk and keep boiling for another 5 minutes.
- Add the feta cut in small pieces, the sea salt and pepper, then stir and bring everything to the boil.
- Finally bring in the extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of the lemon juice.
- Serve hot in soup plates or bowls and top each with a nice basil leave.
