
Ingredients
4 pieces of chicken fillet
The juice of a lemon
Some extra virgin olive oil
Sea Salt and ground pepper
80ml of balsamic vinegar
60ml of chicken stock
2 cloves of garlic or a teaspoon of garlic pulp
20gr of butter
Some parsley chopped
A few cherry toamtoes
Method
Marinate the chicken fillets with the extra virgin olive oil, the lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Be sure that both sides are marinated.
In a large pan, over medium heat, bring the chicken fillets and saute for 7 minutes, or more until it's done the way you prefer it. When finished, remove the chicken fillets from the pan.
In a medium bawl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the chicken stock and garlic. Bring the mix into the pan and heat to the boil. Lower the heat and add the butter. Stir gently until the butter is completely mixed with the other ingredients. The sauce is now ready to serve.
Serve thefillets in a large plate and cover with the sauce. Decorate with the chopped parsley and some cherry tomatoes. Enjoy !
