Ingredients
2 ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 small dry onion
1 cucumber
Feta cheese
Oregano
Olives
Capers
Sea Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Vinegar
Method
Quantities are very flexible, feel free to improvise
Chop the tomatoes, the pepper, the cucumber and mix them with the olives and capers.
Season with sea salt and oregano.
Pour in a few drops of vinegar and add a lot of extra virgin olive oil. Stir thoroughly.
Top your greek salad generously, with a piece of feta cheese.
