Feta mousse with peach compote

Excellent desert, genuine greek taste. Simple and majestic !

Ingredients

• 250gr Feta cheese 
• 100gr cream
• Peach compote

Method

Break the cheese into small pieces in a bowl, add the cream and blend until you get an homogeneous creamy mix. Top with the peaches and their sirup. Enjoy!
