Traditional Kefalotyri (or Kefalotiri) cheese from Crete. Whole wheel made of fresh sheep and goat's milk, from Family NTAGIANTA's dairy.
Kefalotyri (yellow table cheese) with sharp, strong flavor.
Analysis: Moisture 38% Fat 40%, salt 1.5%.
The "Ntagiantas family" is active in the cheese business since 1974 and produces high quality products using ONLY FRESH fresh sheep and goat milk.
You can eat this cheese as it is, with fruits, in all pies, on toasts. It's an excellent treat for spaghetti and orzo.
