A fine dessert wine from the sun dried grapes Assyrtiko and Aidani of Santorini. The 3-year maturation in oak barrels offers a mature and velvety character, tricking the mouth between honey and lemon, raisins and sweet spices. Best served at 8οC. Great ageing potential.
Grape Varieties: Assyrtiko 85%, 15% Aidani.
Aging: Three years in French oak casks.
Serving Temperature: 6-8oC.
Serving Suggestions: Desserts with milk, chocolate, caramel and nuts and spicy cheeses. Try it also with a good cigar.
