The “th!nkgreen” anchovy is unique, because it is :
-Caught in the North part of the Aegean Sea, near the shores of Mount Athos .
-Cooked and prepared while fresh.

The anchovy of this region is known for its excellent taste, due to the percentage of salt in the water and the nutritious depths of this crystal water sea. Sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, reducing bad cholesterol levels in the blood. It is not a surprise that the sardine is one of the healthiest fish. The combination with the wonderful organic olive oil gives us a treat of unique taste, with the scent of the sea.
