Melekouni Liqueur from Rhodes Island "Melekouni" is a traditional sweet produced on the island of Rhodes with basic ingredients of sesame, honey, spices, almonds and zest and/or citrus juice.
According to the tradition, at weddings and baptisms, guests are treated to melekouni. This traditional taste has been transferred to an excellent liqueur by the Sifonios Distillery. A shot of Melekouni fills us with the aromas of the tradition of Rhodes.
