Tender vine leaves, ideal for the all-time classic "dolmadakia".
The vine leaves are collected, washed and packed in glass vases in brine, without any preservatives. The whole process, from the collection to the packaging, is completed whithin just a few hours, thus the vine leaves are kept trully tender, fresh and tasty.
Just unfold the small packs and put the vine leaves in a bowl with water. They will be easily separated from each other. Enough to roll 60 to 80 "dolmadakia".
