Red Pepper (“paprika” in greek) roasted and milled. This sauce is made by the traditional method, and will add a rich peppery taste in every recipe it may be used. A distinctive, soft taste is its trademark.
Spread on toasted bread is its best, but can be served as a dip as well.
Ingredients : Red pepper, tomato, virgin olive oil, carrot, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, parsley.
