Traditional Light Goat Cheese from Crete. Whole wheel made of fresh goat's milk, from Family NTAGIANTA's dairy.
Goat Cheese (yellow table cheese) with sweet butter taste.
Analysis: Moisture 38% Fat 25%, salt 1.5%.
The "Ntagiantas family" is active in the cheese business since 1974 and produces high quality products using ONLY FRESH fresh sheep and goat milk.
You can eat this cheese as it is, with fruits, in all pies, on toasts. It's an excellent treat for spaghetti and orzo.
