An unfiltered, high-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) designated as PDO Sitia, from the Koroneiki variety, low acidity (0.3 - 0.6%) with balanced fruity taste, light aftertaste and bright golden- green color.

It is an organic olive oil, during the production of which the sprays, fertilizers and any kind of processing during the pressing of the olive fruit are absent .

The olives are harvested in November by hand or with special machines, so that the fruit is not damaged, they are transported the same day as soon as possible within 4-8 hours to an olive factory certified for organic processing, where the olive oil is extracted by cold pressing (T<27^oC).
