Hot appetizer "Bouyiourntí" with Tomato, Pepper & Katiki Feta Cheese from Domokos.
In Greek language the "Bouyiourntí" is used for a delicacy that can be as “spicy” as a "severe official document" from the past.
Bouyiourntí is produced with Katiki cheese (Katiki Domokou) as this is a well-known product at this area. Katiki Domokou is a fresh cheese made from goat’s milk or from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk.
Ideal as a starter, a spread or a dip for vegetables sticks or cheese sticks.
Ingredients:Durum wheat Mavragani, semolina, tomato, spinach, carrot.
