Grilled vegetables with herbs
"Trilogy" of fresh summer vegetables (aubergines, red peppers and zucchini) cooked in cast iron grates to gain deep and mellow roast flavour. Marinatedfor at least 24 hours, in a mixture of fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
Serve cool as appetizer, in sandwiches or on rusks soaked with the flavoured oil from the jar.
