Flower Honey

Flower honey is derived from the nectar of many types of the spring flowers and wild mountain flora. It is usually light colored with a flowery aroma and fruity taste. The taste may vary from year to year, the aroma and the flavor can be more or less intense, depending on which bloomings are prevalent.
