Fir & Pine Honey
Fir and Pine honey is well known for its flavor and low density in sugars, with fantastic taste and rich fragrance.
Fir honey, as well as the pine tree honey, do not come from flowers but from resins that are found on firs and pines that grow on mountains, over 1000 meters altitude, in a virgin environment. It is thick and rich in elements like potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and others.
The content in sugars is lower than other types of honey (flower or thyme), but the fir honey will never crystallize, as the density in glycose is very low.
