It is a single variety olive oil.
The name “ERGA OMNES“, which means “for All - towards All”, arises mostly from its flavor (organoleptic) characteristics.
Its taste is mild, pleasant and acceptable by the total of consumers, regardless of age or specific knowledge on the olive oil.
