The first Greek Organic Prunes.
The Organic Prunes of "Atrapos" are harvested from privately owned, biodynamicly cultivated plum trees. They are processed and packaged at facilities also owned by the "Atrapos" company.
The dried prunes contain a great amount of fiber, antioxidants, potassium and vitamin A.
Although they have sweet taste, they contain very few calories (about 20 calories per medium-size fruit).
Consume as a snack, in salads, pastries, cereal, yogurt and even in smoothies.
