Organic Dried Figs from the village Taxiarchis in Evia.
In the village Taxiarchis, fig trees are been cultivated for 90 years. The producer Paklatzis Christos since 2001 produces organic figs, without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides. These figs are not bleached and are not dewormed by chemical means.
The ripe figs are dried under the sun for about 7 days. After, they are immersed in hot water and when dried, are packed in vacuum.
