The "Marianna's" Dolmadakia are produced daily at the Kazakis Vineyard, Nea Gonia, Halkidiki.
The ingredients for the stuffing come every day, in different lots, so they are always fresh. The lemon juice is freshly squeezed.
The vine leaves come from organic farming and are certified both for their production and procession.
The entirely organic production is a matter of principle and quest of the perfect taste. Moreover, the Kazakis House is a member of “Slow Food” and participates in all the movements' acts. And finally, what is really more ecological than the fact that from all the vineyard's products, nothing is casted off ?
The "Marianna's Dolmadakia" contain no preservatives.
In August 2013 the "Marianna's Dolmadakia" were awarded the Two Stars Great Taste Award.
