Traditional handmade Cretan Oat Rusks
The Oat Rusks (paximadia) is an essential element of traditional Cretan diet.
It is prepared by the finest materials of Greek land, based on a traditional recipe. It contains a lot of fiber, low fat and no cholesterol.
Prepare your Rusks as follows: Wet slightly the Rusks, sprinkle lightly with extra virgin olive oil, chop fresh tomatoes, add fresh soft feta cheese or classic feta cheese, sprinkle with a little olive oil again, add capers and oregano.
