An unusual "caviar" made from Florina Peppers !
Florina peppers, baked, hand-peeled to keep all the perfumes of the fresh pepper, in extra virgin olive oil. A single 260gr vase is produced from 1 kgr of fresh peppers, cooked for 3 long hours.
Serve as a dip or spread on bread, brochettes, etc. It is majestic on pizzas!
Ingredients : Organic farming peppers, extra virgin olive oil, salt, cirtic acid.
