Kalamata Olives PDOOur internationally acclaimed Kalamata Olives (PDO) are black to dark purple in colour, almond-shaped and juicy with a characteristic rich fruity flavour.

Naturally sun-ripened on the trees before harvested by hand to protect their sensitive flesh. Marinated in brine and natural vinegar with no added preservatives.

Use them to enjoy an authentic Greek salad, accompany your favorite cheese or add the colour and taste of the Mediterranean to your vegetable trays.

Pastry rolls with "village" stuffing


½ kgr flourPastry Rolls

•1 cup milk

•2 eggs

•4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

•1 ½ teaspoon margarine

•1 tablespoon fresh or dry yeast 

•2 tablespoons strained yoghurt

•½ tablespoon sugar

•1 pinch of Sea Salt

•12 thin slices of ham (or bakon)

•½ kgr Feta cheese

•100gr grated yellow cheese

•2 tablespoons of mustard

•3 grilled Florina peppers

•2 tablespoon of sliced Kalamata olives 

•3 tablespoons of sliced sun-dried tomatoes 

•1 teaspoon oregano


Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk. 

Add the yogurt, eggs, olive oil, margarine, salt and mix by hand.

Bring the above mixture into a bowl where the flour is and stir, firstly with a fork and then by hand.

When the dough is ready, leave to rest for an hour, covered with a towel. 

Split the dough in three equal pieces and roll in thick leaves like puff pastry.

Spread the mustard and margarine on the pastries. 

Chop and mix the ham, feta, olives and peppers.

Add oregano and apply all over the pastries.

Roll and press tightly on the edges.

With a sharp knife, split the rolls to pieces (about 2 cm thick) 

Bake in a preheated oven, at 200oC for 25 minutes.
