Dry white wine from Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani. A crystal clear yellowish wine. It has special aromas of jasmine, flowers of citrus fruits with a hint of pear, intense minerality and characteristic acidity. Full body, well structured, generous in taste, fresh, with long after taste.
Grape Varieties: Assyrtiko, Athyri, & Aidani
Aging: 3 months in oak barrels
Serving Temperature: 10-12oC.
Matches perfectly with appetizers, grilled chicken with light white sauce.
