Giant Olives from Doliana Peloponnese.
The Doliana Giant Olives (Chondroelies) are crispy, fleshy olives, full of flavor. Their unique flavor is due to the fact that olives are naturally debittered in barrels of water and salt for seven months, when the industrial-grade green olives are debittered into a caustic soda solution in just twelve hours!
There are packaged in brine or extra virgin olive oil.
